If Steeple is displayed but you cannot interact with your screen, the source of the problem may be the connection of the USB A to B cable.



Verification

Make sure the USB cable that connects the Chromebox or Chromebit to the display is securely connected.



If you have a Chromebit, the USB cable must be plugged into the adapter, which is plugged into the Chromebit.



Do not hesitate to test several USB cables to make sure that the first one is not faulty
