From the Access requests section of your administration interface, you will find the list of users who have requested an access request.



You can click on Accept or Reject for each of these requests.

Best practice: Check the identity of the user. If you do not recognize the email address or the first and last name, do not accept the request. Do not hesitate to communicate this good practice to your employees!

By clicking on Accept , the status of the request changes to Accepted . The user is now part of your community!

You will also find information on the administrator who accepted the invitation.
